A client said the line that stopped me cold...

Hi Reader,

I was on a call this week and a client said something that stopped me short. She is 3 weeks into tracking macros and increasing her daily protein. She said:

"Terry, I feel like I'm doing math homework all day. I'm losing my mind."

It was funny but I didn't laugh.

Because she's right.

Hitting your macros in the first 30 days is one of the hardest things in nutrition.

You are literally trying to be a chemistry teacher, a chef, a nutritionist, a meal planner and a grocery shopper every single day while also being a woman with a job, a family and a body that is already tired.

So how do you do it? What's the secret of success?

ARSENAL.

What is the one thing that gives you a slight edge?

Do you already have 2-3 high-protein breakfasts you love? Leverage them. Eat them on rotation. You dont need variety at 7 AM.

Will you happily eat the same lunch all week? Leverage that. Pick one. Repeat.

Do you do better with Sunday prep than Tuesday decisions? Leverage that. Front-load the work.

Are you good in the kitchen when you have a recipe to follow? Leverage that. Stop trying to invent.

Do you have a little extra money to make this easier? Leverage that. Buy the rotisserie chicken. Buy the bagged salad. Buy the cookbook.

Oh and don't forget to leverage TIME.

Trying to figure out all the macro-friendly recipes by yourself from scratch, with a busy schedule is going to sap your energy faster than anything else on this list.

But you don't have to.

Start with my free macro calculator and add the $27 cookbook. Both will get you started in the right direction.

So, Reader, if you're working on hitting your macros and your protein for the first time, I'm really proud of you. This is one of the hardest things you'll do in nutrition, and you're doing it.

Most people never try.

I'm totally here for you.

We got this,
Terry
